About Rachel

A Santa Fe real estate expert, Rachel Rosebery has had the wonderful opportunity to see and experience real estate from a 360 perspective – back of the house as staff, selling properties, working with people, then as managing broker and running a company. In each role, she honed the ability to be highly detail oriented, a great problem solver, keen listener and communicator, and most importantly, to focus on serving people and their needs.

Her career in this field she is so passionate about began in 2004. Rachel worked in several different staff positions at Santa Fe Properties over the years, and moved to Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty in 2010 to begin selling. She became a Qualifying Broker in 2015, and went back to sales in 2017, following her love of selling. Rachel is also distinguished as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and has been a multimillion-dollar producer for many years. Clients appreciate her awards and accomplishments, yet what means the most is the genuine compassion, empathy, and quality of service she provides.

“I believe that all people deserve excellent service while they are buying or selling. I am dedicated to helping and navigating my clients through what can be a very overwhelming process. Moving is difficult, and making such a major transition and investment is stressful. I want to make the experience easier and rewarding, and be the professional they can trust to work on behalf of their best interest.”

Rachel specializes in the sale of residential homes, land and new construction, serving all of Santa Fe, city and county. She has lived and owned homes in both markets, and is very knowledgeable of the unique offerings and opportunities of each desirable location. Rachel currently resides in the country off of Old Las Vegas Highway. She owns a home with a guest house, and has a rental in town as well.

Born in Colorado Springs, CO, and raised in the panhandle of Oklahoma, Rachel graduated from Midwestern State University in Texas with a BFA degree. She is married with one daughter, and is an animal lover with two rescue dogs.  Rachel enjoys cooking, hiking, meditating, traveling and loves being active with her family and dogs.

“My fiancé and I recently purchased a home in Santa Fe, and I am completely certain that this wouldn’t have happened without the help of Rachel Rosebery at Coldwell Banker Trails West.

I was first referred to Rachel through a friend, who used Rachel as their own realtor a few years back. When I contacted Rachel, I told her that we had moved from New York, where finding a reasonably priced home seemed almost as possible as finding a realtor who would give you the time of day if your budget was under $1m (which ours was). My initial trepidation was immediately assuaged after speaking with Rachel. The housing market proved difficult, but working with her was anything but that.

After our first meeting, my fiancé and I not only felt super comfortable with our interactions, but we also kept our fingers crossed that this cool, smart, detailed-oriented person, might someday become a friend (she’s that kind of person).

After our first offer was rejected, I felt a bit in the dumps and was ready to rent for another year – no need on overbidding by $50-100k in this crazy market. And it was soon after this time that Rachel found us the perfect house that was within (actually under) our budget. Magicians pull rabbits out of their hats with less skill than Rachel used to help us find this house!

After we put our offer in, Rachel’s real work started. I find myself to be detail-oriented but she put me to shame! We never had any concerns about missing a deadline or having anything less than complete transparency when it came to the buying process.

I could probably add another 10k words, but hopefully, the sentiment has come through. Purchasing a home can be tough, but if you want to work with someone who is empathetic, compassionate, smart, and just damn good at her job, you really couldn’t do better.

11/10 – I hope this review finds a prospective home buyer and makes the process a little more manageable.

Thanks Rachel!!!.”
